        If English with Gia is unable to provide the class for justified reasons, an alternative date or the corresponding refund will be offered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        7. Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, the User has 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to exercise their right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        However, this right shall not apply where the service has begun to be provided with the User\u2019s prior consent before the end of this period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
